Hampden Underwriting acquisitions increase underwriting capacity to £20.2m
Hampden Underwriting has acquired two further Lloyd’s limited liability members taking its total underwriting capacity to £20.2m.
The underwriter acquired Halperin Underwriting for £0.7m, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.
Hampden also announced it had exchanged contracts for the acquisition of Nomina for £0.6m.
