Barbican confirms Omega approach
Barbican has confirmed its interest in merging with fellow Lloyd's insurer Omega.
In a note on the London Stock Exchange today, the directors of Barbican said they have "noted the recent press comments" in relation to the two businesses and that a merger would create "significant
