Paraline Group, a Bermuda-domiciled insurance and reinsurance company, has announced its launch and acquisition of ICAT Holdings.
Paraline has been established by the executive team of ICAT Holdings led by chairman and CEO Jack Graham and backed by private investors, including Wand Partners and Elliott Management Corporation.
