Japanese insurer to establish Brexit base in Luxembourg
Insurer Aioi Nissay Dowa, owned by Japan giant MS&AD, is restructuring its European operations in preparation for Brexit.
The company, which deals primarily in motor, revealed that it will move its European business, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Europe, to Luxembourg following a board of directors meeting today
