EC report recommends adapting Solvency II

The European Commission and Insurance Europe have welcomed a report that suggests adapting Solvency II to facilitate sustainable investment.

In its final report, the EC’s High-Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance proposes a classification system that clarifies what makes an investment sustainable.

The Commission says it will now move
