GRP has acquired Lloyd’s coverholder U-Sure Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.
GRP’s 10th acquisition of 2018 is its first managing general agent divisional purchase under underwriting CEO Clive Nathan.
U-Sure’s previous owners Ben and Dee Coleman will retain a minority stake
