Uniqa exits Germany as Continentale aquires Mannheimer
The Continentale insurance group has signed an agreement to acquire 92% of the shares of Mannheimer AG Holding from Austrian firm Uniqa.
Rolf Bauer, CEO of Continentale, said: "We are delighted with the successful conclusion of the talks. The Mannheim group is a valuable addition to our network, especially in terms of future growth.
