Axa Commercial Lines' former head of strategic programmes has resurfaced at claims management specialist Plantec Holdings.
Paul Taylor has been appointed to the new role of director of operations. The firm said the post is part of its growth strategy and one it had been trying to fill for several months. Mr Taylor left
