Law Society launches PI support scheme
The Law Society has unveiled a new facility to help law firms which are struggling to renew their professional indemnity insurance.
According to the Law Society, the Safety Net scheme - which will be managed by Lloyd's broker PYV - is will assist firms looking to avoid entering the Assigned Risks Pool or looking to leave the ARP.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
