Three-quarters of vehicles removed from Luton Airport car park

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service received calls to a fire involving a car on level three of the multi-storey car park at London Luton Airport

Luton Airport has issued an update on the salvage operation following last year's car park fire, confirming that 75% of the vehicles have now been cleared.

On the evening of 10 October, a fire started due to a fault with a diesel vehicle that ripped through Terminal Car Park 2 at Luton Airport.
