The Motor Accident Solicitors Society has raised concerns over the development process of the new Litigant in Person Portal.
Last week, Motor Insurers’ Bureau, which is responsible for developing the portal, revealed that the decision has been made to have dual-operating portals, one for road traffic accident whiplash
