Anglia Ruskin’s insurer ‘acted negligently’ in settling false advertising claim
Anglia Ruskin University has slammed its insurer over a payout to a former student.
Its insurer’s solicitors offered to settle Pok Wong’s £15,000 claim and legal costs, despite her case being rejected numerous times in court, according to the university.
