CBL hearing delayed again pending last-minute rescue plan
A hearing over the future of beleaguered insurer CBL has been postponed again in order for creditors to explore a rescue plan.
The liquidation hearing, due to be heard in the High Court of New Zealand on Monday, was adjourned.
A watershed meeting, due to follow the liquidation application, was due to be held on 15 February
