Axa to urge 8000 staff to report cold calls
Axa said it will encourage its more than 8000 staff to report any cold calls they receive to a government whistleblower service, becoming the first insurer to take concrete action in Post’s #ColdCallCrackdown.
David Williams, technical director at Axa, said it was imperative to report cold calls so the government knew the scale of the problem.
It comes as the ownership of Telephone Preference Service
