Quindell appoints former Helphire chairman and Prudential CEO
Quindell has made two senior appointments to assist in the development of the outsourcing firm's accounting policies.
Richard Rose will join the board as non-executive chairman and Jim Sutcliffe will join as strategy director and deputy chairman, subject to regulatory approval.
