Quindell launches suit on ‘defamatory’ note
Quindell has begun legal proceedings over an allegedly defamatory research note issued by Gotham City Research earlier this week.
The note, which questioned the firm's profit margins and business model, hit Quindell's share price on the AIM, which plummeted 39% over the course of Tuesday from 39.00 to 23.75.
