Cunningham Lindsey’s managed contractor network Oriel has seen times for drying flood affected properties halved in pilot trials.
The adjuster estimates that new thermal dynamic drying techniques can also reduce total claims costs by 20%, while preparing buildings for reinstatement within four weeks.
