Severe weather sets new agenda for Danish insurance firms

Denmark was this year hit by the worst cloudburst ever seen in the country and experts are predicting that weather of this type will only increase. As the insurance market recovered from these claims Anne-Louise Fogtmann asks what they are doing to prepare for the future.

The cloudburst that hit Denmark on the night of 2 July will not been soon forgotten by the Danish insurance market. In fact this change in weather patterns is setting a new agenda for insurance firms
