Zurich inks Accident Exchange settlement
Zurich has reached a settlement with credit hire firm Accident Exchange over more than 50 cases of disputed rates.
The insurer saw its first attempt at an agreement with Accident Exchange on cases with a total value of around £350 000 rejected just over a fortnight ago.
