Axa admits to Ted Baker policy wording 'ambiguity'

Axa has admitted that there was "some ambiguity" in the wording of clothing retailer Ted Baker's commercial combined policy, despite rejecting the company's claim for theft by an employee.
Ted Baker attempted to claim after the theft by an employee, who was convicted in 2008, left the company with a seven-figure loss. Axa rejected the claim, stating that the policy did not cover
