Police reject insurers' £80m riot claim
The Metropolitan Police Authority has turned down insurers' £80m claim for the Sony Warehouse building burnt down during last summer's riots, Post has learnt.
The news comes after the Riots Communities and Victims Panel, in its After the Riots report, heavily criticised the police response to claims handling, with only 369 out of 2536 claims lodged by
