The insurance industry must prepare for the growing influence of customer reviews in the retail market having a knock-on effect in insurance.
Ian Hood, head of e-business at More Than, said the RSA subsidiary has been closely following the increasing online trend of consumer reviews, which is becoming more important in reflecting insureds'
