Claims group raises extra capital with share placing
Resources in Insurance Group, the provider of claims management and consultancy solutions to the UK insurance sector, has raised £190 000 with the placing of 44 444 444 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.
It said the extra funds will be used to provide additional working capital to "support the ongoing business development of RIIG and to fund recent new business gains moving forward".
