Howden buys A-Plan creating £4bn UK GWP business
Hyperion's Howden has agreed to buy UK broker A-Plan Group for an undisclosed sum.
The deal, subject to regulatory approval, to bring together the international group with the regional personal and commercial lines specialist will create a UK insurance broker controlling over £4bn
