GRP adds Birrell Group as Midlands hub
Global Risk Partners has taken a majority stake in the Birrell Group, based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. The group consists of Kingsway Insurance Services and Bausor Hall Associates.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, takes GRP’s hubs around the country to eight. The most recent hub launched prior to this was Trimulgherry Investments in February last year for North London and Essex
