Bollington Insurance has bought North-West based broker Ashgrove Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.
Ashgrove, founded in 1981, will continue to trade from its office in Ashton-under-Lyne with staff and management staying with the firm. Managing director Stephen Duffy will join the management team of
