Howden takes majority stake in Turkish broker ACP
Howden is to acquire a majority stake in a Turkish broker in a move to become one of Turkey’s largest insurance brokers.
Howden, the retail broking arm of Hyperion Group, will acquire ACP from private equity fund Mediterra Capital and existing management shareholders.
Headquartered in Istanbul, ACP is the largest
