Acquisition of French broker Gras Savoye finalised
Willis Group has completed its acquisition of French insurance broker, Gras Savoye.
Last April Willis Group, which already owned 30% of Gras Savoye, made an offer on the remaining shares with the transaction completed on 29 December.
Gras Savoye became an associate company of Willis
