Restructuring leads to hold on Towergate M&A
Towergate's financial restructuring has led to a hold on the company's merger and acquisition activity while group M&A director Ryan Brown has taken on the role of finance director for Towergate Underwriting.
A Towergate spokeswoman said: "Our people are out in the business, prioritising projects that we started prior to the recapitalisation that now need finishing with an absolute focus on organic growth
