The British Insurance Brokers' Association has appointed RA Cowen & Partners director Grant Scott as chairman of its regional chairs' advisory board.
Scott, who has chaired Biba's East Midlands region since 2011, will also join the main Biba board to ensure matters affecting the association - and relating specifically to the membership in each of
