Aviva took days to reject RSA's "unacceptable" £5bn GI business offer
Aviva took ten days from receiving a £5bn offer from RSA to rejecting it, the insurance group admitted today.
In a statement Aviva said that on Wednesday 28 July 2010 it received a conditional proposal from RSA to acquire Aviva's general insurance businesses in the UK, Ireland and Canada excluding RAC and
