Hyperion in takeover talks with Windsor
Hyperion Group is currently in discussions with Windsor Limited regarding a potential offer for the company.
The company confirmed that it was in the early stages of discussions with independent broker Windsor Limited in a statement and said it would offer more detail when appropriate.
