Biba urges FCA to leave brokers out of complaints review and focus on insurers
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association has downplayed the likelihood of brokers being targeted by the Financial Conduct Authority’s thematic review into complaints handling, insisting the regulator should focus on general insurers instead.
