Law firm Shakespeares has secured an alternative business structure licence, with views to engaging in joint ventures with insurers, third parties and corporate clients.
Shakespeares hopes its future partners will be able to enhance their client offering by securing a stake in fees and revenue as a result from joining forces with an abs-licenced firm.
