Canopius primed for Bermuda departure amid Tower merger
Canopius will exit its existing Bermuda reinsurance operations after New York-listed Tower Group exercised its option to merge.
The option was granted by Canopius on 25 April when Tower agreed to invest around $75m (£48m) to acquire a 10.7% stake in the business.
