Axa aims for Brokerbility benchmark
Axa UK intermediary boss Amanda Blanc has said there is "room for improvement" in the insurer's commercial lines business, despite beating its peers on overall performance in a recent survey of brokers.
The insurer scored 80.18% in Brokerbility's latest biannual survey, which asked 700 brokers to rate Brokerbility's seven key insurer partners in terms of their overall level of satisfaction, as well
