Aviva ordered to pay £170k claim
Aviva has been forced to pay £170 000 to a personal injury claimant after pressure from the Financial Ombudsman Service, according to reports.
The payout, one of the largest in the FOS' 10 year history according to the Daily Mail, dates back to April 2007, when Joe Greensmith, a pipe-fitter, was injured in a workplace accident.
