Commercial underwriting specialist Evolution Underwriting has appointed Rachael O’Neil as business development executive with responsibility for developing the Midlands area.
Ms O'Neil previously worked in the Midlands for Broker Network and Open GI. She will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new opportunities for Evolution in the region
