Howden acquires Sterling Knight in Singapore
Howden, the retail broking arm of Hyperion Insurance Group, has bought SME specialist broker Sterling Knight in Singapore for an undisclosed sum.
The broker, established in 1973, specialises in specie and has a global client base for employee benefits. Chairman and CEO Dr Victor Adam will remain in his role along with the senior management
