Axa to increase staff maternity and paternity benefits in Asia
Global insurer Axa will harmonise its global maternity and paternity policies from the beginning of next year.
From 1 Janaury 2017 Axa employees working at a wholly owned subsidiary in Asia, for example in Hong Kong and Singapore, will enjoy 16 weeks fully paid maternity leave and four weeks fully paid
