Two-thirds of EU insurance legislation already enshrined in UK law
Two-thirds of European Union legislation that affect the insurance sector are already enshrined in UK law.
In an analysis published today, the Association of British Insurers found that 52 of the 80 pieces of EU legislation that affect insurance are transposed into UK Acts of Parliament.
The news comes as
