Stewart to step down as chairman at L&G
Legal & General chairman John Stewart will retire in 2016, with no firm date set yet as the company looks for a successor.
Stewart said as part of the company's usual succession planning, he was giving notice to allow for a thorough recruitment process, but anticipated the annual general meeting in May would be his last
