R&Q boss confident for the future despite 'challenging' 2014
Randall & Quilter chairman and CEO Ken Randall is expecting a “much improved” 2015 after bemoaning a “challenging year” in which financial performance was hampered by lower than anticipated investment income and a disappointing trading performance in the US.
For the year ending 31 December 2014, R&Q recorded a loss before tax of £1.56m - compared to a £9.6m profit in 2013.
The business chalked up an operating loss of £799,000 (FY 2013: profit of £10.2m)
