Smith verdict due in May - report
An employment tribunal will reconvene in May to deliver its findings into Philip Smith's departure from RSA Ireland.
The Irish Times reports that both sides have completed giving evidence and will now return on 11 May to announce its verdict.
Smith was suspended by the company when it began an internal investigation
