Doctors urged to submit applications for Medco portal
Doctors wishing to provide medical reports under the new civil procedure rules have been asked to complete an expression of interest survey on the Medco website by 4 January 2015.
Amendments have now been agreed to the pre-action protocol for low value personal injury claims in road traffic accidents, the RTA protocol, and to the civil procedure rules, marking the second phase
