Sportscover and Hamilton agree strategic deal
Lloyd's insurer Sportscover and Bermuda based property and casualty insurer Hamilton Group have concluded their strategic talks after agreeing a deal.
The deal, which is subject to approval by Lloyd's, the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority, will see Hamilton assume control of Sportscover Underwriting Limited
