Corporations Act discouraging information sharing, says ICA
The Insurance Council of Australia has criticised the Corporations Act for not allowing insurers to give more policy information to customers.
ICA's criticism of the Act follows a Australian Securities and Investments Commission home insurance review which highlights the need for insurers to improve advice and disclosure rules.
