SRA investigating law firms over non-disclosure to insurers

A total of 23 law firms are being investigated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for non-disclosure to insurers following last year’s professional indemnity insurance renewal.
Those firms have been joined on the SRA's hit list by a further 58 firms that have come under the legal watchdog's radar for issues of non-compliance.
According to the Law Society Gazette, the SRA's
