Private sector contributes 25% of flood defence partnership funding
Private sector funding has generated £37m for flood defences according to a report from the Guardian.
Ministers had previously planned to generate £148m in partnership funding, however, only a quarter of this will come from private sector funding.
The remaining £111m is expected to come from local
