Floods in Indonesia cause havoc

Over the last two weeks, floods and landslides have continued in Indonesia including the capital Jakarta, Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi and the Kalimantan Islands.

In Jakarta, the number of refugees is over 90 000; 12 people have died. Over 20 000 have sought treatment from diseases. In North Sulawesi, 19 people are dead or missing with over 100 000 displaced.
